Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy which assists businesses in creating positive, interactive, and successful customer interactions using a blend of human touch and technology. Working with globally recognized brands, they engage in conversations through various channels, connecting with millions of customers regularly. 

The company is seeking to onboard a Flemish-speaking Digital Marketing Executive. In this role, you will setup and coordinate omnichannel marketing communications campaigns from A to Z for one of the clients of the employer in Telecommunication industry. These campaigns are mainly centered around building brand engagement and loyalty for client’s existing customer base. You actively work with our account team, but also with our client’s marketing department which is one of the largest in Belgium.


Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Hybrid - Mondays at the BPO office, Thursdays at client's office, the rest is work from home

Employment type: Full-time

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to client briefings, understand the client needs and respond with an

    appropriate project proposal

  • Manage, coordinate & challenge the communication campaigns (360°) from a digital point of view across stakeholders, including agencies

  • Ensure smooth customer journey

  • Respond to phone and email enquiries from end users in Dutch

  • Stay responsible for the the management of the advantages proposed in the loyalty project (copy, code activation, testing & reporting)

  • Design engaging customer advantages together with our client’s marketing department

  • Coordinate with CRM for target selection and campaign set-up

  • Manage the email marketing tool and the 121 communication with our client’s customers

  • Monitor the campaign results and adapt where necessary

  • Prepare a clear end-to-end campaign analysis

  • Suggest ways to improve reach, effectiveness and engagement for future campaigns


 

REQUIREMENTS:


  • A degree in marketing or communication or equivalent experience

  • At least 4 years of experience working for a marketing agency, a marketing department or a Customer Experience department

  • Excellent communication skills in Flemish or Dutch and English. French will be a great asset

  • Good organization skills

  • Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

  • Eager to learn, problem solver, and digital minded

  • Dynamic team player, fun and self-motivated

  • Passionate about marketing, building customer-centric journeys and omnichannel

    orchestration
