DE-Lease Processor-German Speaker

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading Telecommunications company who are looking to recruit a German-speaking Lease Processor in Düsseldorf or remotely from anywhere in Germany. 

Position: Lease Processor

Location: hybrid in Düsseldorf, Germany or work from home in Germany

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the whole distribution and return of executed leases within set timeframes

• Guarantee minimum errors in lease amendments

• Meet deadlines assigned by the Company with meticulous attention to detail

• Make various amendments to lease agreements in accordance with the re-negotiated versions obtained by the Lease Consultants

• Analyse and monitor all signed agreements returned by landlords to guarantee their accuracy as well as to ensure that all necessary documentation is provided

• Collaborate effectively with other departments to address possible errors

• Update Client Databases with new data collected from negotiated agreements

• Prosper by working in an international environment alongside other creative talents.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native level of German, both oral and written. Fluent in English

• Experience in back office/administration/text review

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

• Demonstrated ability to review and assess documentation for accuracy

• Strong desire to learn and grow at a professional level

• The ability to be a team player as well as work independently

• Full Computer proficiency with MS Office package (Excel, Outlook and Word).
