Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their teams in Sevilla to support a project related to airlines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle all incoming contacts from customers of an airline through various channels (phone, email and chat)
Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience

REQUIREMENTS:
C2 level of German and B2 English, both oral and written
Passionate about customers and customer service
Problem-solving skills
Stable internet connection
Upbeat and positive attitude
Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity

OFFER:
Excellent remuneration package
3 months temporary contract with possibility of long-term cooperation
Possibility of working part-time for 25, 30, 35 or full-time for 38 hours a week
Shifts on weekly rotation with colleagues, covering line opening hours Monday – Sunday between 9 AM to 8 PM
Every second week off
