Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their teams in Sevilla to support a project related to airlines.


Position: Customer Support Advisor

Location: Sevilla, Spain (on-site)

Employment type: Full-time or part-time

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle all incoming contacts from customers of an airline through various channels (phone, email and chat)

  • Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues

  • Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information

  • Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience

 

REQUIREMENTS:


  • C2 level of German and B2 English, both oral and written

  • Passionate about customers and customer service

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Stable internet connection

  • Upbeat and positive attitude

  • Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity

 

OFFER:

  • Excellent remuneration package

  • 3 months temporary contract with possibility of long-term cooperation

  • Possibility of working part-time for 25, 30, 35 or full-time for 38 hours a week

  • Shifts on weekly rotation with colleagues, covering line opening hours Monday – Sunday between 9 AM to 8 PM

  • Every second week off
