Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading BPO/outsourcing company who is seeking to onboard an English-speaking Reporting Analyst in Barcelona. The employee will translate data into actionable insights to empower our managers to make informed decisions and effectively manage performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Â
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, design, and implement comprehensive reports and dashboards for trending analysis of available data
Provide insightful feedback to Operations based on trending analysis results, highlighting issues, making constructive observations, and offering recommendations to enhance business performance
Assess available data and collaborate with clients to obtain additional necessary data for analysis
Partner with client departments to identify and specify ongoing enhancements to performance systems
Conduct recurring reporting, focusing on trends, whenever identified as a business need, and present final analysis or products to management, stakeholders, and peer departments
Collaborate with colleagues across various parts of the business to define, design, and develop analytic solutions addressing specific business needs, combining data from multiple sources to address high-level business questions
Provide support in troubleshooting issues related to reports and dashboards, serving as the data subject matter expert
Generate innovative ideas to improve reporting processes, emphasizing their value to business strategy and operations

REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Data Verse, and Excel)
Background in Data Mining, Warehousing, Processing & Reporting
Previous experience in a Contact Centre environment is preferable but not essential
Exceptional data interpretation, critical thinking, problem-solving, and good communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and be able to present and communicate across all organisational levels, including C-level executives and stakeholders
Proven facilitation, negotiation/mediation skills
You are a self-starter who can work independently to complete tasks on time, but you also work well with your team
You are flexible and creative and can adapt to a constantly changing environment
You are quality-driven with a pragmatic approach and a keen eye for detail
OFFER:
Full time: 39h/week
Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 18:00 PM
Holidays:  24 days per year
