Grow-Talent.com has partnered with a leading BPO company which supports top tech brands in providing exceptional customer care. Together, we’re looking for a Spanish-speaking Service Desk Networking support professional (L3) to join their office in Barcelona.

Position: Service Desk Networking L3 Specialist

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base Salary + Bonus + health insurance + meals

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installing, maintaining and supporting our LAN, MAN and WAN networks

• Maintaining and supporting security devices as firewalls and proxies

• Ensure the security of private networks

REQUIREMENTS:

• High level of Spanish, English is a plus

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position is a plus

• Advanced level on switches and routers configuration

• Cisco CCNA or CCNP certifications
