Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their teams in Greece to support a bank clients.


Position: Customer Support Advisor

Location: Work from home/remote, Greece (on-site available as well)

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle all incoming contacts from customers of a banking company through various channels (phone, email and chat)

  • Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues

  • Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information

  • Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience.

 

REQUIREMENTS:


  • C2 level of Norwegian and C1 English, both oral and written

  • Passionate about customers and customer service

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Upbeat and positive attitude

  • Stable internet connection

  • Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity.
