The company is seeking to onboard an English-speaking Senior Recruitment Manager to join their teams in Athens. As a Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition you'll play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional customer experiences while experiencing renowned employment journey and company ethos.
Position: Senior Recruitment Manager
Location: Remote/work from home from anywhere in and near CET zone countries except the Netherlands, Germany and France
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support site leadership and your team in recruiting talent for both clients and internal needs
Develop and execute recruitment initiatives aligned with crucial business objectives, significantly impacting bottom-line results and enhancing employee-related margins
Report to the VP of HR, EMEA, and your leadership
Oversee overall responsibility for associate recruitment
Motivate your team to consistently achieve set goals
Lead the Recruiting Team, provide guidance in applicant assessment, selection, and offers
Support associate hiring targets and roles essential for business support
Collaborate with Site Directors to fulfil recruitment needs promptly
Ensure proper utilisation of recruitment technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:
8 years of hands-on experience in both volume and corporate recruitment
Proficiency across various Talent Acquisition and Human Capital areas (marketing, talent assessment, compensation, recruiting, employee relations, legal, etc.)
Familiarity with HR systems, compensation strategies, technology, and statistical techniques
Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with Directors, influencing diverse viewpoints toward positive outcomes
Capacity to manage multiple, intricate, ongoing projects
Knowledge of business technologies, metrics, and local/state employment laws.
