The company is seeking to onboard an English-speaking Senior Recruitment Manager to join their teams in Athens. As a Senior Manager in Talent Acquisition you'll play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional customer experiences while experiencing renowned employment journey and company ethos.


Position: Senior Recruitment Manager

Location: Remote/work from home from anywhere in and near CET zone countries except the Netherlands, Germany and France

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support site leadership and your team in recruiting talent for both clients and internal needs

  • Develop and execute recruitment initiatives aligned with crucial business objectives, significantly impacting bottom-line results and enhancing employee-related margins

  • Report to the VP of HR, EMEA, and your leadership

  • Oversee overall responsibility for associate recruitment

  • Motivate your team to consistently achieve set goals

  • Lead the Recruiting Team, provide guidance in applicant assessment, selection, and offers

  • Support associate hiring targets and roles essential for business support

  • Collaborate with Site Directors to fulfil recruitment needs promptly

  • Ensure proper utilisation of recruitment technologies.


 

REQUIREMENTS:


  • 8 years of hands-on experience in both volume and corporate recruitment

  • Proficiency across various Talent Acquisition and Human Capital areas (marketing, talent assessment, compensation, recruiting, employee relations, legal, etc.)

  • Familiarity with HR systems, compensation strategies, technology, and statistical techniques

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships with Directors, influencing diverse viewpoints toward positive outcomes

  • Capacity to manage multiple, intricate, ongoing projects

  • Knowledge of business technologies, metrics, and local/state employment laws.
