IT-Recruitment Specialist - German

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading consulting firm who is looking to onboard a German-speaking Recruitment Specialist in Brixen/Bressanone.

Position: Recruitment Specialist (German)

Location: Brixen/Bressanone, Italy

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: € 30,000 gross per year + commissions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively search for highly qualified candidates in extensive resume databases and portfolio platforms

• Creatively design and posting job ads on leading job portals and social media

• Proactively reach out to industry experts to expand your network and develop a deep understanding of candidate needs

• Negotiate attractive employment terms with promising applicants

• Identify clients' staffing requirements and defining the ideal qualifications for open positions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• No previous experience or special degrees required - the employer invests in your potential

• Excellent communication skills in German and English
