Grow-Talent.com is looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to support iGaming brands' customers who enjoy distinctive and unique casino games.Â

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the customers via phone, email and live chat and ensure an outstanding level of service
Communicate with relevant departments to provide timely escalation process and following up with pending issues
Assist the relevant departments, including Fraud Officer and the Money Laundering Reporting Officer, when required
Give feedback of recurring customer issues to management and relevant internal departments
Promote the Employer’s values and products
Ensure a professional work relationship with customers and other colleagues working with the Employer
Share feedback from players with the team
Verify customer accounts using the KYC (Know-Your-Customer) procedures

 REQUIREMENTS:
C2 German language skills and fluent English
Eagerness to learn and bring in your own interest
