Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading technology partner that is looking to recruit a French speaking VIP Account Manager for their offices in St Julian’s, Malta or Limassol, Cyprus. 

 

Position: VIP Account Manager

Location: St Julian’s, Malta or Limassol, Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop lasting customer relationships and provide outstanding support tailored to their needs

  • Monitor and review on a day-to-day basis the VIP performance both at an individual and global level and make sure that the rewarding system (bonuses, physical gifts, and hospitality rewards) for each is properly distributed based on business requirements

  • Manage all VIPs' requests and complaints either by phone, chat or emails on a daily basis with sometime after normal hours in order to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage in terms of customer service

  • Review and make sure that all promotions are aligned with all areas of our business and that they remain attractive & cost-efficient

  • Identify the root cause for deactivated VIP accounts and determine the best course of action to reactive them

  • Continuously work towards achieving the VIP team KPIs

  • Help developing new ideas on how to optimise current processes and business objectives

  • Expand your product knowledge on a regular business in order to share useful industry updates and insight to our VIP partners.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native in French, both oral and written. Fluency in English

  • Previous experience in customer care roles from call centre / BPO  operations is a must 

  • Customer care and/or account management experience within the iGaming industry will be considered as an advantage

  • Full working proficiency with MS Office package (especially Excel)

  • Friendly and highly sociable personality with great interpersonal skills to be able to interact with people from all backgrounds

  • Excellent organisation, planning & prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to forecast and manage promotional risks

  • Demonstrated ability to develop lasting relationship

  • Self-motivated and positive & can-do attitude

  • A genuine care for providing the best customer service to valuable partners

  • Ability to work shifts & weekends as well as capacity to travel abroad whenever is needed (e.g. host events or to meet VIP partners).
