PL-Q-commerce Business Analyst-Polish and English

Grow-Talent.com partnered with a fast-growing delivery player in Europe, Africa, and Western Asia. Together, we're looking for a motivated Q-commerce Business Analyst. The successful employee will play a crucial role by guiding the team direction through analysis and insight and ensuring that the commercial team is both effective and targeted.

Position: Q-commerce Business Analyst

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days a week at the office

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own the reporting for the Q-commerce Team, ensuring the team is data-driven and their recommendations are based on insights

• Build trackers of key performance indicators, identify trends and causes that represent risks and opportunities

• Give recommendations for Team Manager and Account Managers

• Own the development of key analytical tools such as negotiation models, portfolio analysis, profitability analysis, prices/pricing analysis and business cases for strategic projects/partners

• Support the Team Manager in terms of weekly/monthly business reviews, target setting/achievement, data scraping, ad hoc analysis (also for Account Managers), etc.

• Attend meetings with Partners, if needed

• Manage the business planning in collaboration with Finance Team and the HQ

• Ensure smooth roll-out of HQ analytical tools

 REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in English and native Polish language is a must

• Relevant experience on leading analysis and turning insights into actions

• An analytical mindset and the ability to bring structure to every decision you are faced with

• Love for problem solving and thrive in complex situations

• Strong business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management (from ideation and analysis into implementation)

• Ninja expertise in Excel/Google Sheets is a must

• SQL skills, Python is a plus

• Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker or Qlikview is a plus

• Hands-on attitude is a must
