Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy which assists businesses in creating positive, interactive, and successful customer interactions using a blend of human touch and technology. Together, we're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join their teams in GdaƄsk.

 

Position: Sales Operations Manager

Location: GdaƄsk, Poland

Work Model: Fully on-site

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing the B2B sales services provided by vendors, acting as the main liaison between partners, vendors, and operational teams

  • Optimizing B2B sales program operations, focusing on performance and process management to support quarterly strategic initiatives

  • Proactively identifying and addressing emerging issues for improvement and ensuring consistent implementation of improvement plans

  • Implementing a data-driven approach for operational clarity and performance evaluation

  • Collaborating with account managers regularly to review operational performance and ensure timely, quality deliverables.

 


 REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of diverse experience in scalable B2B sales operations or environments, managing both internal and external stakeholders

  • Demonstrated track record in managing B2B sales talent.

  • Understanding of end-to-end B2B sales operations and experience with B2B sales KPIs

  • Background in managing Tech, Add, or SaaS sales is strongly preferred, BPO experience is nice to have

  • Proficiency in consumption-based sales and sales orchestrations

  • Adaptability to a fast-paced international work environment, a drive to make an impact, and share best practices

  • Effective task prioritization and time management skills, especially under pressure

  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional fluency in Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, or German is advantageous.
