Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Greek-speaking Content Reviewer in Lisbon. As a Content Reviewer you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of potentially sensitive internet content, ensuring a quality experience is provided to millions of internet users.

 

Position: Content Reviewer

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate online social media, web page content and advertising

    content in Greek and in English in conjunction with client policy

  • Visually navigate and review images, videos, accounts and text-based content (news articles, forums, videos, blogs and other) related to hate speech, harassment and Covid-19 and more

  • Escalate violations of client policies using internal tools

  • Maintain a high level of quality in each case that you review

  • Achieve weekly productivity deliverables as part of daily workflow

  • Participate in client meetings to discuss findings and make ongoing recommendations

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in Greek, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)

  • Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency status

  • Computer and Internet literate

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time

  • Able to work rotating shifts

 

BENEFITS: 

  • Shifts 5 days a week, 40 Hours per week, 8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour

  • Rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday, covering hours from 07:00 to 18:00

  • If your shifts cover Portuguese public holiday, you will get a compensation day off which you can spend later under consent of the project

  • Fixed-term, renewable employment contract with a base salary

  • Initial contract with a duration of 12 months
