Grow-Talent.com is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager/Lead/Country Lead to oversee, manage, mentor and drive our clients recruitment team forward as they continue to grow throughout 2023. The Recruitment Manager/Lead/Country Lead will be responsible for leading and executing the recruitment strategy, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team across 3 countries. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.   

Salary: depends on the experience + car allowance, 10/15% bonus/Benefits.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the hiring needs of the organization

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing coaching and guidance as needed

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external recruitment partners

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding

  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to recruitment and hiring

  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in Spanish is considered a huge advantage

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment management (within BPO), with a proven track record of success

  • Eligibility to live and work in Portugal

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Strong organizational, a real can do attitude and exemplary client management skills

  • Demonstrated experience with recruiting software and tools

  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

  • Understanding of local laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field ideal.
