Grow-Talent.com is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager/Lead/Country Lead to oversee, manage, mentor and drive our clients recruitment team forward as they continue to grow throughout 2023. The Recruitment Manager/Lead/Country Lead will be responsible for leading and executing the recruitment strategy, as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team across 3 countries. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses. Â
Salary: depends on the experience + car allowance, 10/15% bonus/Benefits.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the hiring needs of the organization
Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing coaching and guidance as needed
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external recruitment partners
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to recruitment and hiring
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

REQUIREMENTS:
Fluency in Spanish is considered a huge advantage
At least 5 years of experience in recruitment management (within BPO), with a proven track record of success
Eligibility to live and work in Portugal
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational, a real can do attitude and exemplary client management skills
Demonstrated experience with recruiting software and tools
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Understanding of local laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field ideal.
