RE-Head of Affiliates - iGaming

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading technology partner that is looking to recruit a Head of Affiliates for their offices in St Julian’s, Malta or Limassol, Cyprus. 

Position: Head of Affiliates

Location: Remote/Work from home from anywhere in Europe

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing and executing an affiliate marketing strategy

• Leading, managing and mentoring the Affiliation team

• Setting team performance goals and fostering inter departmental and interdepartmental collaboration

• Recruiting, onboarding and managing affiliate partners and maintaining and growing existing affiliate relationships

• Addressing all affiliate inquiries and concerns

• Planning and optimising affiliate campaigns, monitoring performance and identify new opportunities

• Implementing reporting systems for KPI tracking.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year as a head of affiliates in iGaming, managing teams of 5+ people

• Proven iGaming affiliate marketing experience

• Relevant professional experience

• Ability to manage large budgets including management reporting and forecasting

• Strong leadership and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English language.
