RS-Electrical Engineer

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading B2B solution provider who is looking to recruit a Electrical Engineer to join their team in Belgrade.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct detailed technical analysis and hands-on troubleshooting of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems

• Provide practical, in-field technical support to the company, project teams, and installation crews during system installation, ensuring proper setup, wiring, and functionality of electrical components

• Perform on-site testing and commissioning of electrical systems and components, identifying and resolving any issues to enhance system reliability and performance

• Create and maintain technical documentation, such as specifications, reports, and user manuals, for electrical systems and project phases

• Ensure that all electrical systems meet relevant safety standards and regulations (NEC, IEC, OSHA)

• Work with project managers, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver seamless electrical solutions, continuously seeking to improve system integration and overall performance.

  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, troubleshooting, and fieldwork

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field

• Knowledge of UPS systems, Gensets, power distribution, control systems, and lighting

• Proficiency in electrical tools for wiring, testing, and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC, IEEE, and safety regulations

• Ability to perform detailed electrical calculations, including load assessments and voltage drop analysis

• Strong analytical thinking to assess problems and formulate effective solutions

• Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and in fast-paced environments.
