RS-System Analytics Specialist - Russian

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a System Analytics Specialist to their Limassol or Belgrade office.

Position: System Analytics Specialist

Location: Limassol, Cyprus or Belgrade, Serbia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze requirements, describe them in documentation and decompose them into tasks, draw up technical specifications

• Describe processes, build UML diagrams, describe data flows in ERD/DFD

• Synchronize related teams and customers from other teams on tasks

• Maintain project documentation

• Review and update documentation

• Interact with the development team, testers, designers in the process of implementing the plan

• Interact with business customers, collect and coordinate requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience as a systems analyst (preferably in product development)

• Fluency in English & Russian

• Ability to formalize both business, functional and non-functional requirements

• Knowledge of BPMN, UML (sequence, activity), DFD notations

• Experience describing REST APIs

• Experience working on projects with microservice architecture

• High communication skills and knowledge how to defend your point of view

• Attention to detail and healthy perfectionism

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech

• Team management experience; (ie able to manage and coordinate with other departments

• Ability to write simple SQL queries

• Have minimal programming experience or can read technical documentation

• Experience in the full cycle of the development process from requirements to presentation of finished functionality to the customer.
