Grow-Talent.com is working with a vibrant, fun and human-focused BPO company which is looking to hire an English-speaking Business Development Associate for one of their business partners. The product supported by the successful candidate is a Swiss digital solutions provider who targets schools an educators while improving their communication with parents.

Position: Business Development Associate

Location: Remote/Work from home in Cape Town or Johannesburg, South Africa

Employment type: Full-time with a stable base salary and commissions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research target clients

• Generate new leads and establish suitable points of contact

• Engage with decision-makers and build strong relationships on a daily basis

• Create, execute and manage outbound sales & business development campaigns

• Effectively manage sales pipeline within your designated region(s)

• Close deals with new clients to generate revenue for the business

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in business or at least 2 years of relevant work experience

• Strong understanding of sales process

• Excellent lead researcher

• Robust interpersonal skills

• Self-starter and quick learner

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Determination to reach targets

• Organizational and reporting skills

• Team player

• Reliable and punctual

• Experience with CRM software or similar platform is nice to have

• Prior B2B sales success will be a huge advantage

• Exposure to the Education sector is advantageous
