Grow-Talent.com is working with a vibrant, fun and human-focused BPO company which is looking to hire an English-speaking Sales Support Specialist for one of their business partners. The successful candidate will be working with a Swiss Asset Management Consulting Company.

Position: Sales Support Specialist
Location: Remote/Work from home from South Africa
Employment type: Full-time with a stable base salary and commissions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct market research
Generate, research and qualify new leads
Manage CRM system
Build CRM dashboards
Engage in sales reporting and analytics
Assist with meeting preparations and note taking
Provide general support and assistance to sales team
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in business or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Strong research abilities
Strong analytical abilities
Strong organizational, administrative and reporting skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Reliable and punctual
Self-starter and quick learner
Nice to have:
Experience with CRM software (HubSpot/Salesforce)
Experience with Microsoft Power BI
Prior B2B sales exposure
Understanding of sales process
