Grow-Talent.com is working with a vibrant, fun and human-focused BPO company which is looking to hire an English-speaking Sales Support Specialist for one of their business partners. The successful candidate will be working with a Swiss Asset Management Consulting Company.

 

Position: Sales Support Specialist

Location: Remote/Work from home from South Africa

Employment type: Full-time with a stable base salary and commissions

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct market research

  • Generate, research and qualify new leads

  • Manage CRM system

  • Build CRM dashboards

  • Engage in sales reporting and analytics

  • Assist with meeting preparations and note taking

  • Provide general support and assistance to sales team


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or at least 2 years of relevant work experience

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Strong research abilities

  • Strong analytical abilities

  • Strong organizational, administrative and reporting skills

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Self-starter and quick learner

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot/Salesforce)

  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI

  • Prior B2B sales exposure

  • Understanding of sales process
